A Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS) is a document which IVS sends to a volunteer if that volunteer requires a UK visa before coming to the UK. The CoS supports the volunteer’s visa application. The UK Home Office makes a charge to IVS for each CoS, and IVS asks the volunteer to pay the cost of the CoS. IVS charges only the cost of the CoS itself.
Please note that the volunteer is responsible for making their visa application and also for the cost of the visa application itself
